M-PeX revisits his debut album Phado, originally put out in 2007 by Thisco and Fonoteca Municipal de Lisboa, now remastered and available free for download at Enough Records. The album is dedicated to his grandfather, Luís Tomás Pinheiro, master of the portuguese guitar, who introduced M-PeX to the fado universe. In Phado, M-PeX assumes the portuguese guitar as a characteristic trait of his musical identity, mixing it with electronic music. Cover artwork by Marco Madruga.
