Released on the highly recommended PHONOCAKE netlabel in May 2004 this EP was more or less the result of some experiments I did with Reggae running on a laptop and in this way highly contributed to define a kind of music which we name DIGITAL LAPTOP REGGAE or DLR here. So in retrospective it presents the first DLR-release ever made.
Definitly check out ARGUMENT, a kicking LoFi-piece, and HOLY MOUNT ZION, still one of the deepest DLR tracks ever. DON'T TALK, SHOOT rocks in a weird way while GATELESS BARRIER is a wide, but little overdosed soundflash. Still worth giving them a try.
